Which utilities do I need to register for?
Please see the Welcome Package for details on which utilities must be set up for your unit.
What appliances are included?
Each unit comes with a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, and a stacked washer and dryer. Some units also include an over-the-range microwave (OTR). Please contact our leasing team at info@encantorentals.ca to confirm if a specific unit includes the OTR.
Is the unit pet-friendly?
Absolutely! At Encanto Luxury Rentals, furry friends are cherished members of the family. All rental suites welcome pets, ensuring they feel right at home alongside their human companions. Please see the Leasing Team for restrictions.
If I have a maintenance problem with my unit, who do I need to contact?
For all maintenance requests, please submit a maintenance request through our Tenant Portal. Alternatively, you can contact your Resident Services team by phone or email.
Are BBQs allowed on the balconies?
Yes, BBQs are allowed, but you must complete the BBQ liabilty form and ensure that your tenant insurance policy includes coverage for a BBQ.
Can I paint the walls in my unit?
Yes, you may paint the walls, but you need to obtain written consent from the landlord beforehand. The unit must also be returned to its original color before moving out.
Who do I make my rent cheques payable to?
We offer two convenient options for making rent payments:

Tenant Portal (Buildium): Log in to your secure tenant portal to make payments online quickly and easily.

E-Transfer: Send your payment via e-transfer to info@encantorentals.ca.
Both methods are secure and flexible, allowing you to choose the option that works best for you.

Can I hang things on the wall?
We encourage you personalize your home and space to fit you! Please limit the number of nails used in the walls and look to use damage proof strips such as 3M Command Picture Hanging strips.
What information do I need for an application to lease a unit?
In order to apply for a unit, you will need to provide the following to your Customer Care Coordinator:
- Last month of rent, paid as a deposit (payable by Certified Check, or Money Order)
- Two pieces of photo identification
- Proof of income
- Crime-free certification (if applicable to unit)
- A guarantor may be required
- Application to Lease form filled out, front and back, by all applicants (including, if necessary, the guarantor)
